Knights Armament SR-25 E2 CC 16″ KAC M-LOK Overview

Basically, Knights makes a precision rifle(Knights Armament SR-25 E2 CC 16″ KAC M-LOK ) and carbine and a combat carbine.  The precision series focuses attention on extreme accuracy, and the combat carbine focuses on durability and reliability.  As such, the combat carbine features a chrome lined barrel.

The SR-25 E2 CC is the latest evolution of the lightweight 7.62mm NATO Carbine.The CC provides 7.62mm NATO performance in a package of comparable weight and size to common lower caliber platforms. Barrel and bolt life well exceed the expectation of a lightweight carbine.

An ambidextrous bolt release, selector, and magazine release offer the left-handed user the ergonomic advantages inherent to AR15 based controls, as well as giving right-handed users alternate methods of manipulation to increase efficiency of movement.

The Drop-In 2-Stage Trigger serves double duty as an aid to long range precision marksmanship while enabling surgical speed shooting at close range. The flash hider reduces ground disturbance and flash, while allowing the attachment of Knight’s QDC suppressors.

The rifle comes from Knights in hard coat black anodizing of the upper and lower receiver and URX-4 handrail.  The FDE version is Cerakoted over the hard anodizing, and done by a commercial production Cerakote shop.  The FDE version is occasionally in-stock at Charlie’s, but more often is sent out to be coated to order.  That is usually a pretty quick process, but at times our contracted shop could be backed-up with large contracts.

Included is a factory certified test firing target with 5 rounds fired and measured, as well as a KAC 20 round metal magazine.
