The Nordic JoF7 is a fixed blade “Skinner” type carving knife designed in collaboration with the Swedish hunting magazine “Jaktmarker och Fiskevatten”. It features an ergonomic oiled Masur Birch wood handle, checkered for optimum grip and uniquely designed for handling all the butchering process. The blade is Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with a hollow ground edge.
